The Inter-Provincial Coordination Committee (IPCC) on Monday directed the government entities to formulate a mechanism within three weeks for sharing real-time production data of oil, gas and electricity with the provinces and ensure timely payments of net hydel profit (NHP) to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Punjab.
