Chairman Nepra National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) in his dissenting note has accused Power Division of attempting to curtail the regulator’s main function of tariff determination.

The dissenting note reflects Nepra’s unwillingness to surrender before the Power Division which is using all fora to “clip” Nepra’s wings.
