KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi on Friday announced to hold a strike in the city against the excessive electricity load shedding and billings on April 27.

At a stationary protest, JI Karachi Chief, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman said that his party workers will lay a siege of Chief Minister House on April 20 before going on a strike on April 27 against the ‘traumatizing’ power outages by the K-Electric. “We will enter the Red-Zone at any cost,” he vowed.
